Arbiter "Thel Vadam"
Well, here it is... Arbiter Thel 'Vadam in Reach Scale!
I took a HW Ripa 'Moramee as a base, then resculpted the head using hot glue and clay to make a cross between the H3 Thel 'Vadam and Reach Sangheili renders. I then cut off Ripa's legs and added joints to the hind legs and ankle, and then sculpted in the Elite leg details including the shin guards and toe pads. He is pretty much the same height as the other Reach Sangheili figs
I decided to keep the energy sword as Ripa's model since I thought it'd be cool to have the rank of Arbiter have a traditional Energy Sword that is part of the armor to be passed on to the next (kinda like how samurais pass down sacred katana's to their descendants) [yes... i know Ripa and Thel had different armor but its just a neat idea to me :p]. So basically, i just swapped out the blades and replaced them with translucent ones :)
and finally, i painted him in many layers of acrylic and sealed with finish. The helmet is also removeable!

Cryo Tube
A left over blister box, a few pieces cardboard for the interiors, some paint here and there, and a couple of extra bits as a support (with wheels that move) for the tube plus a blue LED light on the inside and there it is!
